For 2 people:
Cauliflower, 14oz (400g)
Grated cheese, 5oz (150g)
1 clove of garlic
Parsley
Oil
Salt
Black pepper
Milk

Recipe
Boil
the cauliflower in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain,
In
a skillet, heat the oil. Once
the oil is hot, sauté the chopped garlic.
Once
the cauliflower is well drained, pour it into the pan with the
