Ingredients
For 3 people:
Aqua, 8,79fl oz (25cl)
1 table de granulated sugar
1 spoon of salt
Flour, 2,20oz (62,5g)
2 eggs
Pearl sugar
Butter, 1,41oz (40g)
Recipe
Pour water, salt, sugar and butter into a saucepan and heat over low heat
When the butter is melted, pour in the flour and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon until the dough comes off the sides of the pan.
Remove from the heat, add one egg and mix until the egg is completely absorbed by the batter. Do the same with the second egg.
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using teaspoons, place pasta spoons with 3 cm spacing.
Place on each pile of pasta, sugar grains.
Bake in the oven at half height for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, turn the thermostat down to 175° and cook for another 15 minutes so that the chouquettes do not dry out and soften when they leave the oven
