Ingredients

For 8 people

  • Potatoes 35oz (1kg)

    Ground bef, 1lb (450g)

  • Milk

  • 4 eggs

  • Sour cream, 16oz (250ml)

  • Herbs of Provence

  • Salt

  • 15 servings of laughing cow cheese

  • Aqua

  • Butter

  • Black pepper

  • 8 tomatoes

  • Grated cheese, 7,05oz (200g)

Recipe

Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces. Cook in salted water.

Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and mix.

Add the milk little by little and mix then add the eggs and mix until you get a creamy puree.

Cut tomatoes into small pieces

In a skillet, melt a little margarine. Once melted, brown the minced meat.

Add the crème fraîche, milk, tomatoes, laughing cow, salt, pepper and herbs from Provence and mix everything. Let heat for a few minutes.

In a baking dish put mash at the bottom of the dish, add the contents of the pan and spread over the mash, cover the meat with the rest of the mash. Add grated cheese and pieces of butter.

Bake for about 1 hour.
