  • Saute pan

  • Wooden spoon

  • Drinking glass

  • Vegetable knife

Ingredients

For 3 people:

  • Double concentrated tomato paste 4.9oz (140g)

  • Mascarpone cheese 8 oz (200g)

  • Herbs of Provence

  • Mini peppers ( red, orange, yellow)

  • Meatballs

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Recipe

In a saute pan, melt the mascarpone. Once it is well melted, add the mini peppers cut into small pieces and mix, add the herbs of Provence, tomato concentrate, salt and pepper.

Mix everything together. Add a little water.

Add the meatballs and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Serve with pasta
