Today at home is pasta.
So to accompany it, I make meatballs with mascarpone sauce, tomato, herbs of Provence and mini peppers

Ingredients
For 3 people:
Double concentrated tomato paste 4.9oz (140g)
Mascarpone cheese 8 oz (200g)
Herbs of Provence
Mini peppers ( red, orange, yellow)
Meatballs
Salt
Black pepper
Recipe
In a saute pan, melt the mascarpone. Once it is well melted, add the mini peppers cut into small pieces and mix, add the herbs of Provence, tomato concentrate, salt and pepper.
Mix everything together. Add a little water.
Add the meatballs and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
Serve with pasta
