Today I wanted to eat an omelette but not quite simple.
Here is the recipe for the Paris mushroom omelette

Ingredients
For 2 people
8 eggs
Paris mushrooms, 7,05oz (200g)
Salt
Black pepper
Milk
Butter
Recipe
Peel the Paris mushrooms and cut them into very small pieces.
In a pan, melt margarine. Once it is melted, pour the mushrooms and stir. Cook for a few minutes.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add salt, pepper and milk. Continue to beat.
Spread the mushrooms in the pan and pour the beaten eggs over the top.
Cook while stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes
