Ingredients

For 3 people:

  • Coquillettes, 17,63oz (500g)

  • Mushrooms, 7,05oz (200g)

  • Bacon pieces,7,05oz (200g)

  • Soured cream,3,51fl oz (100ml)

  • Concentrated tomato, 2,46oz (70g)

  • Parsley

  • Aqua

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Recipe

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.

In a pan, heat the bacon for a few minutes. Degrease.

Mix the mushroom pieces with the bacon, add the parsley, salt and pepper. Stir everything.

Add the cream and mix. Add the tomato paste and mix everything together. Add a little water.

Heat salted water. Once the water is brought to a boil, add the coquillettes.

Once they are hot, drain.

In a stock pot, pour the coquillettes and pour the pan content on top. Mix everything.

Serve hot
