Ingredients

For 3 people

  • 3 green peppers

  • 1 red pepper

  • Concentrated tomato, 2,46oz (70g)

  • Minced meat, 15,87oz (450g)

  • 12 servings of Laughing Cow

  • Onion

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • Herbs of Provence

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Recipe

Cut green peppers and red peppers in 2 and remove the seeds.

Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onion, garlic and red peppers into small pieces.

In a bowl, put the minced meat, pieces of garlic and onions, add salt, pepper and mix. Put the laughing cows in pieces and mix everything.

Sprinkle with the herbs and mix.

Fill with part of the filling, green pepper halves and set aside.

Add tomato paste to the remaining filling and mix.

Add the pieces of red peppers and mix.

In a baking dish, pour and spread the filling, place over the stuffed peppers and add a little water.

Bake at medium heat for about 30 minutes.
