Ingredients
For 3 people:
Olive Oil
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
Soured cream, 7fl oz (200g)
Potatoes
Chives
Salt
Black pepper
Water
Recipe
Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces.
Cut red and green peppers and onion into small pieces.
In a skillet, heat oil. Once it is hot, brown the onion.
Add the peppers and pour in the finely chopped chives. Mix well.
Add the soured cream, potatoes, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Put some water.
Cook for about 50 minutes.
Serve hot
