Ingredients

For 3 people:

  • Flour 8oz (220g)

  • 2 tablespoons of Fish bouillon

  • Milk

  • Butter

  • Tomato paste 5oz (140g)

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chives

  • Shredded cheese 5.3oz (150g)

Recipe


In a saucepan, melt the butter. Once melted, add the flour and stir. While stirring, add the milk as you go.
Once your sauce is made, add the tomato paste and stir.
Pour in the salt, pepper, chives and stir.
Finally add your shredded cheese, mix and let heat for a few minutes.
