Ingredients

For 3 people:

  • Oil

  • Tomatoes, 35oz (1kg)

  • Potatoes, 35oz (1kg)

  • Parsley

  • Butter

  • Grated cheese

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • 3 beef burgers

  • Flavour

  • Milk

Recipe

Cook the potatoes in a pan with the peel, once cooked peel them and cut them into small pieces.

In a frying pan pour oil, heat.

Once the oil is hot, brown the tomatoes, cut into small pieces, add the parsley, salt and pepper.

Once tomatoes are soft, reserve.

Prepare the white sauce: in a saucepan melt a little margarine, once the margarine add flour and mix. Stir in milk while stirring until thick sauce is obtained.

In an baking dish, which has been buttered, pour the tomato pieces, spread them all in the bottom of the dish, add over the potato pieces, pour the white sauce then put grated cheese and margarine pieces. Depending on your taste, you can sprinkle everything with parsley.

Add over the burgers.

Bake over medium heat for about 45 minutes.

Serve hot.
