Ingredients
For 3 people:
Beef mince, 17oz (450g)
9 Tomatoes
Chive
Salt
Black pepper
12 Mini Babybel (Cheese)
Milk
1 slice of bread without crust
Tomato paste, 2oz (140g)
Aqua
Recipe
Cut the tomato hats and set them aside. Remove the center of the tomatoes, cut everything into small pieces and reserve.
In a salad bowl combine the minced meat, chives, tomato flesh and babybel cut into small dice (Keep a Babybel for after).
Fill
the tomatoes with a portion of the stuffing, put the hats back in an
oven dish.
Add the tomato
paste to the rest of the stuffing, mix, salt, crumble the crumbs of
the bread, continue mixing, pour a little milk. Mix.
Pour
the remaining stuffing into your baking dish. Add a little
water.
Cut the babybel that
remains in pieces (for the number you need, it is the number of
tomatoes), place a piece on each tomato.
Cook
in the oven over medium heat for about 1h, stirring occasionally the
stuffing in the middle of the dish.
Serve
hot. Served with rice
For my part: I prepared my dish at the beginning of the afternoon so that my stuffing takes the taste of all the ingredients and I kept it cold. I took it out for a while before I put it in the ove
