Recipe

Cut the tomato hats and set them aside. Remove the center of the tomatoes, cut everything into small pieces and reserve.

In a salad bowl combine the minced meat, chives, tomato flesh and babybel cut into small dice (Keep a Babybel for after).

Fill the tomatoes with a portion of the stuffing, put the hats back in an oven dish.
Add the tomato paste to the rest of the stuffing, mix, salt, crumble the crumbs of the bread, continue mixing, pour a little milk. Mix.

Pour the remaining stuffing into your baking dish. Add a little water.
Cut the babybel that remains in pieces (for the number you need, it is the number of tomatoes), place a piece on each tomato.

Cook in the oven over medium heat for about 1h, stirring occasionally the stuffing in the middle of the dish.
Serve hot. Served with rice
