Equipment required

  • Mixing bowl

  • Crepe pan

  • Wooden spoon


Ingredients

For 6 crepes:

  • 1 large tablespoon of sugar

  • Flour, 5,29oz (150g)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Oil

  • Milk 84 fl oz (250cl)

Recipe

In a mixing bowl, pour the flour and make a well.

Add sugar, eggs, salt and milk and mix until the dough is liquid and free of lumps.

Heat an oiled crepe pan, and make the crepes.
