Ingredients

  • Carrots, 35 oz (1kg)
  • Tomato concentrate, 2,47 oz (70g)
  • Mushrooms, 14,10 oz (400g)
  • Canned peas, 28,22 oz (800g)
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water

Recipe

Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. Peel the carrots and slice them

In a skillet, sauté the pieces of onion. Once the onions are golden brown, add the tomato paste and mix.

Add the carrot rings and mushrooms. Mix.

Add a little water, salt and pepper. Mix.

Cook for 1 hour over low heat. 15 minutes after the end of cooking, add the peas.
