- Carrots, 35 oz (1kg)
- Tomato concentrate, 2,47 oz (70g)
- Mushrooms, 14,10 oz (400g)
- Canned peas, 28,22 oz (800g)
- 1 onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Water
Recipe
Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. Peel the carrots and slice them
In a skillet, sauté the pieces of onion. Once the onions are golden brown, add the tomato paste and mix.
Add the carrot rings and mushrooms. Mix.
Add a little water, salt and pepper. Mix.
Cook for 1 hour over low heat. 15 minutes after the end of cooking, add the peas.
