6 pieces of turkey
Mushrooms, 14,11 oz (400g)
1 onion
Flour
Coconut milk, 8,80fl oz (250ml)
Chestnuts, 14,82 oz (420g)
Ground meat, 14,11 oz (400g)
Water

Recipe
Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. Set aside.
Cut the chestnuts into small pieces. Set aside.
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Set aside.
In a skillet, heat some olive oil. Once the oil is hot, sauté the turkey pieces 2-3minutes on each side. Set aside on a plate.
In the skillet, brown the minced meat. Once the meat is golden brown, set aside on a plate.
In the skillet, sauté the onions. Once the onions are golden brown, add the flour, parsley and coconut milk while mixing. Add the water. Mix everything.
Season with salt and pepper. Mix.
Add the chestnuts, mushrooms and ground meat. Mix.
Add the turkey pieces and cook for 45 minutes over low heat, turning the meat from time to time.
