Ingredients

For 3 people

  • 11 tomatoes

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Ground meat, 15,88 oz (450g)

  • Ricotta, 8,82 oz (250g)

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Oregano

  • Water

Recipe

Cut the top of the tomatoes and set aside.

Empty the centre of the tomatoes and set aside.

In a skillet, melt the ricotta. Once it is melted, add the oregano, salt and pepper and mix.

Add the minced meat and cook for a few minutes.

Add the middle of the tomatoes to the minced meat and add a little water. Mix. Heat for a few minutes.

Fill the tomatoes with some of the filling and put them in a baking dish. Pour the rest of the filling in the middle.

Bake for about 45 minutes.
