Ingredients

For 3 people

  • Veal tenderloin

  • 1 onion

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 6 tomatoes

  • Whole mushrooms (canned), 14,11oz (400g)

  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Colombo (spices)

  • Water

  • Veal stock

  • Oil

  • Milk

  • Butter

Peel the onion and garlic cloves. Cut into pieces. Set aside.

Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Set aside.

In a bowl of water, put the veal stock.

In a skillet, heat oil. Once the oil is hot. Fry the tenderloin 2-3 minutes on each side. Place meat in a baking dish.
